• Blue Point Oysters paired with 2021 Sienna
The delicate nature of freshly harvested Blue Point Oysters, coupled with the refined elegance of a 2021 Sienna, creates a pairing that is both enchanting and unparalleled. The wine’s acidity cuts through the oyster’s brininess, while its fruity undertones meld seamlessly with the oyster’s inherent sweetness. • Fish and Chips paired with 2022 New Yorkie Rosé
